The cottage is a two storey annex to the main house converted for use as a holiday home in Chianti. On the ground floor there is a large living-dining room with a double sofabed. The double doors of the living room open directly onto the lawn. The kitchen and bathroom with shower are also on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a large double bedroom with a mezzanine with a single bed suitable for a child.
